Great location. Room was clean. Staff were nice. It was a great place to stay for a quick trip to Milwaukee but I would stay more than one night in the future.
The room smelled of stale tobacco, especially the bathroom. There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and lobby at midnight when I arrived.

Only ONE towel. No washcloths or hand towels.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds
Being told that the restaurant was open until 9:00 p.m. we went down to the parade in 15 and ordered food because we were starving after our wedding all day and 45 minutes later we were told that the grill was closed and the bartender got the order in too late. That in my eyes is very pathetic. We should have been told that we couldn't order because it was too late

Parking lot is a hot mess with insufficient spots.

Hair all over the bed, and pillows.
No spa tub. Smell was very musty.
No towels, they didn't change the bed sheets, floor wasn't clean. No room service.

The room was great!
Staff left me on hold for over 15 minutes. All I needed was the Wi-Fi info. Finally hung up and dealt without it.

cheap, close to airport and very quiet. staff was friendly
heat didn’t work in our room, only solution was for us to completely pack up our stuff and go all the way down the the lobby and then back to another room. wasn’t worth the effort at 1130 pm with a 6 am flight so we had to bundle up.

Location to airport
This hotel needs a total redoing. From room to lobby. Floors dirty everywhere. Carpeting was old and stretched out and had ridges. Hard to roll suitcases on.

Very close to the airport.
The room was so small we barely had enough room for 2 suitcases. Dingy and dirty carpet. Old and dated. I think homeless people were staying there.

a fire alarm started blasting in the morning and smoke detectors beeping. our phone was dead in our room. we started to find fire exit. cleaning maids in aisle not acting as if anything wrong. Asked if there was fire. They said probably test. I asked them to call front desk. They did and said no fire. Went back to room, but blasting fire alarm continued. Saw fire trucks out our window. Had to use my cell to call front desk because room phone dead. They said someone was smoking and that set alarm off. Firetrucks there for diabetic emergency. Meanwhile alarms still blasting. Left hotel without even getting shower to get away from alarms. You should give us a refund!!

The dirty socks and remains of the previous stays soap bottles in the shower. Also, no hot water in the shower was less than ideal

Individuals outside our window having a cookout/bbq, women who appeared to be working and not for Hotel. Very sketchy individuals hangout in and around the Hotel and people who seemed to be living there, not comfortable at all, especially for our safety. Hotel was in obvious need of cleaning and maintenance. We stay in Sheratons all the time, this particular one was very disappointing.

The Pillows were my take away... Staff was quiet cordial...
No frig or microwave for rate per night was unacceptable.
