Relatively clean and quiet.

Building doors didn’t lock at night. Breakfast was marginal for the cost if the room.

Good location

Property had debris at various points around the building, an entrance store that could not lock. Place smell of mildew, despite running air conditioner.  There for three days unable to get fresh towels. Room towels look like rags.

the pool was a bit small, and we had to ask for more pool towels, but they brought them promptly.

Rude housekeeper. Verbally harrased me infront of my child to be funny. Decided to go home early payed full price despite not staying the 1 night at all. Left and called to check out next day despite already leaving within 4 hour hours of arrival.

Location was awesome, been here before, can't wait to go back. Having coffee outside in rocking chair was great. Friendly, helpful staff.

Well the 1st leave was musty smell. The floors could use a steam cleaning. The outside door was not secure all the time. Breakfast was not great

The room was dark and dingy, even with the curtains wide open. The ants were unfortunate too...

I wanted to be in the main building. But they put us in the back building so we had to walk 200 yard to eat breakfast

Room was well maintained and front staff was friendly. I liked how close the hotel was to Harpers Ferry.

The windows could use a cleaning. They were covered in cobwebs.

Very dated accommodations. Carpet very dirty, bathroom door would not close, bathtub had mold around the outside bottom.

Spacious room. Cleanliness. Free breakfast. Easy check in.

Laundry facility for guests needs some work. Machines broken that made it difficult to get our laundry dome

The breakfast was good. However, I could not have a Fathers Day Dinner with my family because the management decided to arbitrarily close the kitchen 90 minutes early.

1. Ants in the room seeming to come from one side of the room. 2. Pool was closed for maintenance 3. Exercise room with unusable broken equipment. 4. Entry/ exit door to the building was propped open all three days we were there. 5. The restaurant kitchen arbitrarily closed 90 minutes early on Father’s Day which denied our family a Father’s Day meal. Upon checkout I requested a refund from the hotel because they didn’t provide what they advertised. She agreed to refund half the cost and apologized but when she tried to refund me for half the cost she stated that Booking.com had already billed my credit card and would need to check with Booking.com had provided the refund.

The pool was not open was told it was not working. Could of had more choices for breakfast.
