It was horrible, dirty and awful. We walked in to the room and it smelled!! We went down and talked to the front desk and he stated that he had to fire his cleaning crew last week because they weren't doing a good job. He gave us a new room to stay in we went back up looked at that room, it was also dirty and gross. We decided to leave went back downstairs packed our car went in to ask for a refund and were informed that we couldn't get a refund because it was more than 30 minutes after we checked in. Giving us the other room was their stalk tactic. Do not stay here the health department seriously needs to shut them down.

I wasn't told about the pet charge and when I went to another motel was still charged for the full 5 nights although I didn't spend a single night there.

Google got us to the motel, but when we got there there was no sign to indicate we were at the Riverton Inn and Suites. Once we determined we were at the correct place, the man at the front desk was great. our room was okay, but definitely needed some things done to it. the front desk man said they were working on remodeling. It was in a great location as far as we walked across the street to a great restaurant.

the guy at the front desk was horrible and the room was dirty. I paid for a 2 beds then it was for only 1 queen. the whole place is horrible, don’t stay here!! staff is a racist white guy. rooms are way to old and so much cracks in the walls and bathrooms.

We originally booked this Motel on July 10, 2022, through Booking.com. We booked a bedroom with three queen beds. When the time came, and we arrived, they didn't have what Booking.com offered us. I don't remember the name of the gentlemen at the front desk on September 2, 2022. He was very pleasant and aware of the situation created by Booking.com and immediately made the arrangements for us to stay at Paintbrush Motel. There we were received by Thea, who made our stay in that Motel very pleasant and made us feel wonderfully comfortable. We were there until September 5, 2022. Thea is an excellent lady who always was available, very lovely, and cared for our wellbeing. Thank you, Thea, you earn from right know an eternal client. The error comes from Booking.com, but you Thea, and the gentleman at Rodeway did a great job.
