It was clean and the beds where so soft. The staff were great. They helped me figure out what went wrong with my booking through booking.com. The guy at the front desk told booking that they should make sure and have everything ready to go for the customer. The breakfast was good as well. We really enjoyed our two days there and at the folly beach.

It was all great have nothing bad to say about the place.

The price and the size of the room

The guy at front desk clerk was rude very unprofessional.. The heat in room didn't work

Location was perfect for what we needed.

No toilet paper holder roller so paper was on the top of the toilet tank. Shower soap dispenser was empty. Shower dirty. Lost cold water during my shower. No cover over the light just inside the door.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. It was clean, quiet, comfortable. They were very busy and we were on the lower level and we only heard our "neighbors" one night out of five and that was because they were outside playing music during daylight hours. Otherwise we really didn't hear anything else day or night. Breakfast was decent- pancakes, sausage and eggs along with breads and cereal.

The shower kept turning off on us. It would turn right back on if we shut it off and turned it in again so it wasn't a big issue. They offered to change us rooms the next night but we opted not to. It wasn't that big of a deal to us.

Nothing

The hotel is run down and total garbage… they didn’t have the room ready when we arrived & had to wait 2 hours for it… the sink leaked (like flooded the floor) and when I called management they told me that housekeeping left for the day and there was nothing he could do, there were holes in the walls and it smelled like marijuana everywhere we went…

Good location. Friendly Staff. Great places to eat. Convenient places to fish. Being a smoker, appreciate a smoking room which are hard to find. Loved that we had a seating area. Comfortable and Clean bed.

TV Reception was not good at all, but then again we didn't book the trip to sit in the motel to watch TV. The commode did not flush properly. The refrigerator was froze over, needed defrosting. Needed a table for seating area and cushions for the back of the couch.
