Booking.com I'm very disappointed in you suggesting this place. And your stock with me has declined severely now as ive used you all for years and have never had an issue with the place that we ultimately select.This motel being deplorable wasnt necessarily the cheapest for what what it actually provided and turned out to be. The place was not bad from appearances outside but on the inside leaves a lot to be desired. The first room they showed us we did not select and probably we should have left then. The second their premium room was better but electrical sockets mostly did not work, nor the stove, then the fridge slowly went bad and messed up most of our food. Marijuana smokers congregated the halls and parking lot nearby incessantly. Not the best clientele here. Finally after much complaining they put us in another room to the front where the room was better everything worked but room severley infested by roaches. The patrons where we were at first smoked pot and it leaked in our rooms 24/7. Undesirable crew of people to the back, a little better when we moved to the front of the property. I am certainly not recommending anyone to stay here, and I would recommend booking.com go survey this site and remove them from their list of referred properties.

There was a kitchen.

They don't supply toilet paper, you have to ask for new towels and wash cloths for longest stay. Watch your bank account statements and get receipts everytime you pay. Something fishy going on. Lastly room 123 AC leaks water inside on the floor so the room smells.

There was no breakfast offered. The location is awesome. Close to everything.

I am a non smoker. I reserved a non smoking room. However, when I arrived, they said that I reserved a standard smoking room. That room was absolutely disgusting. I paid extra to upgrade my room. The new room was very nice but the refrigerator was broken. I asked the staff 5 times over numerous days to replace it. They ignored my request. I had to throw away food that I couldn't keep cold. All the staff did was promise that the maintenance guy would come and replace it. After 5 days and multiple request, I was aggravated and stopped asking. This is the second consecutive time I have had major problems with this hotel. I don't think I'll be back.

The location , and the manager at the front desk. She was nice.

All the Roaches . There was no trash can. The television never work the whole time I was there. The bed had no pillows. You can't get any more clean towels one you check in. I have killed so many roaches while I was there. I now jump anytime it looks like something is moving. I am livid that I wasn't able to get a full refund. When I told the front desk about the problems she said the hotels doesn't give refunds. She offered me another room, but it wasn't any better. It had pillows with no pillows cases and dirty towels in the bathroom. So I told her I'll just stay where I'm at. So I took the pillows out of the other room. But when I asked for pillow cases I was told that there was none. The people who work at the hotel are nice. But not nice enough for me to come back to the Roach hotel. This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been to. I have pictures and videos of my terra in this hotel. I have proof of my many kills. The roaches were everywhere. I would never tell anyone to stay at this hotel. Now I have to see what to do with the pictures , videos and everything that has happened to me at this hotel.

Well start off with the staff there are the worst I’ve ever seen at a hotel housekeeping sucks I had to do my own room the rooms are not maintained at all property itself wasn’t really that bad and then when I sit out there and try to get in the first day nobody is at the desk the phone number they have there is not a good phone number no communication with The office and the customers really my room was never cleaned up but by the staff

It was a scary dirty location and I will never recommend anyone else to do Extended stay.

The best part of the room was the bathroom. It was nicer than I expected. Room was decent. Decent location.

No dresser. Fridge and microwave sucked and there were a few roaches.

Room was dirty when we checked in. They had to clean it for us. In 10 days No housekeeping, even after promising 1 time in 7 days. We asked for a vacuum, desk said yes and never brought it,has to chase them around for it. Gave us torn old sheets.
