Decorating was cute

They did not give rooms as advertised. Had to pay extra for everything! Including the room I was told I was getting and already paid extra for!! All pools were like ice, couldn’t even get in they were so cold. Room outside of main hotel were so dated it was scary plus you had to share a deck with other rooms and none of that is mentioned. That is strange and unlike any hotel I have ever seen. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The first room (that we have order) was really bad! the one that are underground. Luckily we had the chance to replace it (with extra money). The chlorine smell was very strong. A good idea can be to separate balconies completely.

The grounds and amenities

No available ice water for guests, and no available coffee except morning hours. Hospitality in the drinks could be better.

The location was great, it feels secluded but is so close to downtown Dells

The staff was less than friendly and at times downright rude. The decor was kind of tacky and cheap looking.

Kid friendly, cute family play to stay

Inside pool was freezing couldn’t swim long, no breakfast was available, would be nice for families. Would have liked housekeeping at less once to come in and fresh everything up.

Quiet and relaxing

Nice pool and outdoor fire pit in the evening. Nicely decorated lobby and rooms. Rustic campground feel. Close by the downtown and Riverwalk area.

The staff was very accommodating and made sure everything was how we liked it. The resort looked clean with a nice water park for kids to play in inside and outside. The room was very clean and welcoming.

We were only there one night and didn't really see anything that was too not like. We would come back again.
