The staff (a woman at the front desk was very rude & had a condescending attitude). She was not helpful at all.

Had a swimming pool and hot tub and the price was very affordable.

There wasn't any change machine for the washer and dryer and arcades other than that every thing was great.

property looks old, run down, dirty. Stuff that was supposed to be white was yellow/ brownish. paid $300 for 2 nights and couldn’t sleep because the walls are so cheap and thin. you can hear every thing from conversations, doors opening and closing, to the cars outside. so annoying. room was extremely small. bathroom was tiny. I’m 6ft 2 , 190 lbs. Not that large. but couldn’t even sit on the toilet comfortably. literally the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. the sink wasn’t in the bathroom. sink area was small as well. tv was really small , could barely see it lmao. sheets was clean, bed was very uncomfortable. Not sure why i paid $300 for something so horrible. The fitness center is a JOKE! half the machines don’t work, and there’s only cardio. no weights or anything at all. they had a “game room” that was also in the fitness center, as well as the laundry room. none of the games work. The pool area was right in the front of the building with glass windows. so everyone from outside & everyone in the lobby could see to the pool. it’s kind of weird. The WiFi was also horrible. not a big deal because i have cell service, but they shouldn’t offer WiFi if it’s barely going to work. I didn’t see any vending machines , just a fridge in the lobby. they had no water in the fridge, just soda. Not everyone wants to drink that stuff. This hotel was the worst I’ve stayed at and I’ve been a lot of places. I’m not picky, but i was just disappointed. the room was clean, though. They only gave us a couple towels & a pre used roll of toilet paper. Had to ask for more towels & tissue. The staff was nice. but overall, i will not be here again.

good location and good price

after taking a shower, came to find both towels were dirty with black streaks and red stains. the shower only had cold to minimal luke warm water at best - the shower drain was so clogged that the tub filled halfway up by the end of the shower and took almost 10 mins to fully drain when done. the bed was so uncomfortably hard, it made difficult to sleep.

When we arrived the pool was down for the weekend, we checked in to the hotel and my credit card was changed the full sun of the stay (which I thoughtful was weird), we went to the room to discover the bedspread had stains on it, hair in the bed and nightstand, bugs!!! So many bugs under the nightstand, under the bed were pills (red pills / meds) we have a toddler!!!!! This could have ended with a hospital visit. The fridge had sauce running / stained on the side. We went to the front desk to immediately check out and state the issues. We weren’t offered another room and it took two weeks to get our money refunded. While we were checking out three other people (couples we checked in at the same time) were leaving complaining of the same issues. I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel - we had to leave the dells due to not being able to find another hotel on the holiday weekend.

The room was ok, a standard room.

Service was alright. We checked in at 5:30 and room was still not ready. Also had issues with room keys letting us in from outside.
