For a hotel of this class, I was surprised that I could very loudly hear the next room neighbors ‚play‘. Also, details like the quality of towels and shower amenities provided, are sub par.

our stay was exceptional!! , I liked how clean the facility was and how respectful the staff were .

we didn’t like how the outlets weren’t able to charge our phone . it was extremely frustrating, the pillows were hard to sleep on .

The entire hotel is crisp, spotless, beautifully designed and appointed, and the height of luxury. The spa is certainly the most fabulous in Chicago. The staff are beyond excellent, both warm and personable, whilst being utterly professional as well. Everything has a faint deliciously fresh scent, and is clean, clean, clean. The beds are wonderfully soft, with great pillows, covers and what seem like brand new, snowy sheets. The bathrooms are HEAVENLY. I’ve stayed in great hotels around the world and nothing came close to this level of excellence and beauty.

The food was uncovered when it arrived. The pastry basket was stale and old.

Great location - central and convenient. Room design was excellent - spacious, well appointed, luxurious, tasteful. Bathroom was one of the best - and I stay in many hotels around the world! Staff were fabulous - helpful, professional, friendly.

Tiny detail, but notable for me, is not having authentic ingredients in the mini-bar - Coffee Mate is not dairy, it is pure poison, and for a 5-star hotel, just offer a real dairy choice for coffee.

The food was amazing the service everyplace was excellent I was a little disappointed with the pool area but other than that it was a satisfying experience

Wasn’t happy with the pool experience it was smaller than expected and didn’t match the hotels overall style
