I have a 5 yr old and I ask everytime for a room with kitchen and never get one even when they are empty. The last time we stayed the sheets were stained bad and the room wasn't clean. The rooms are not the same as the first time I stayed.

TV remote didn't work as expected but not here to watch TV, but customers next door were horribly loud and obnoxious but manager was quick to address it and solve the issue

The room next to me had many people in it and they were up all night, very very loud yelling, laughing and constantly going in and out of their room. I woke up to the hotel on fire 🔥 I had an incredibly bad headache, my throat ached and I was diagnosed with moderate smoke inhalation. I declined going to the ER as I had a very long trip back home.

The staff manager was so kind and did her job with excellence and she made my stay wonderful she was professional and caring

The water never went cold it was a hot shower all the way through that was amazing

The room was infested with bed bugs the mattress was purchased in 1989 the door friend will handle fell off as I was trying to exit the room and I got stuck in the room the microwave was filthy dirty so it was a headboard there was hair in the bathtub I got charged a fee a pet fee for my service animal the fire alarm smoke detector is completely out of date and filthy dirty
