They don’t care of you

Location was nice and convenient, Room was okay.

The room was rather spartan and poorly arranged. I would have added a nice throw rug over the bare laminate flooring, a love seat or a couple comfortable chairs, and locate the TV so it is comfortable to sit and watch. The chairs on the porch were comfortable to sit in but impossible to get out of.

Overall not bad.

The bathrooms could use a remodel. Better mattress.

It is a beautiful place. Very secluded in its own oasis.

Clearlake Cottages is clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect. It is a 1 minute walk to the lake The cottages were so clean and there was a lot of attention to detail. Definitely pride with ownership here. We had a little trouble with the magnetic keys, but the owner, who lives on the property, came out immediately to take care of us. We were in town for a family event and were sorry that we had to leave before enjoying the lakeshore. I would not hesitate to book this resort again.

Great place to stay, staff was friendly, facility was clean and comfortable. Love the peace from this place so I plan to come back.

Manager was very friendly, moved us to a cottage closer to the lake. Cleanliness of the room.

Airconditioning wasn’t working properly, it was 92 degrees, so slept terrible.

Clean and spacious Rooms. Beautiful view of the lake . Staffs are very helpful and responsive

No lake access . AC kept turning on/off repeatedly in quick successions and was loud. Nothing much go and do in clear lake area.

- The proximity of the deck to Clear Lake (our cabin 27 had the closest view) - The views of numerous species of birds and deer frolicing along the shoreline in front of the deck were spectacular - the cabin was clean with modern conveniences

-Periodic fowl smell of algae from the cabin deck when the wind direction changed toward the deck. - bathroom towels weren't automatically replaced after two days as indicated on the sign in the bathroom - we had to ask but staff responded quickly.

Pool was great. We were easily able to rent kayaks and had help with them. Room was surprisingly spacious and perfectly clean.

Nothing against the property but the area of Clearlake, CA was surprisingly rough. Nothing to go and do.
