I like the second apt better. We had to be moved due to the condition of the first room.

Thw condition of the first room was filthy. It had bugs, bad. I think they were cockroaches. Then after he switched us room, they tried to upcharge us for the move. The second room was an upgrade but that was at the owners discretion, then when he realized he did that, he tried to charge us for it.

very nice kitchen set-up, and cabin #5 was right on the lake and not too close to the road.

Overly complex TV controls made navigating the system a chore, OK if you are familiar with it but takes too much time to figure out.

Value, cleaning this, host is responsive

The heater too small in the bedroom , very cold last night I would love to have a hair dryer as well

Great location and hosts. Facility is in disrepair.

Fix/replace the deck. Replace carpet. Provide bar soap and more than one roll of toilet paper…. This facility could be so charming with a little paint and new blinds on the windows.

Location by the lake

Very disappointing. The grounds were a mess and buildings were not up kept The carpet in the bedroom was filthy. There is a old broken down car at the entrance, should be moved. This could be a very cute place.

The staff were very nice, they did the best they could do with what they had to do it with.

Advertised as a 2 bed room, but only had 1. The other Bed was a pull out couch that was so old there was a board there to hold it together. The owners need to do some work on the place, it's very old and it looks it, yet they charge more than what the going rate was down the street at Best Western. At least I would have had a good night's sleep at the Best Western. Way overpriced for what you get.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was cute and very comfortable.

Property manager/owner kept in contact when messaged. I liked how spacious this one bedroom apartment felt, appreciated the simple to follow and sensible house rules, very much enjoyed the smart TV with many entertainment choices.

The couch was only comfortable for so long. I wish there was a separate pillow cushion to adjust my seating a bit. There wasn't an easy to access outlet by the couch and desk, and the closest one to the bed was a long reach away.

Cute little area to get away from the busyness of life. Everything a couple would need for a cozy retreat.

Ac unit didn’t cool the entire apartment only the bedroom where located.

The location is great, has lake access and is right across the street from a nice diner and Mexican restaurant. Sadly, the drought made the lake very low, and the algae bloom was pretty smelly, but that is not the property's fault. The cabin was very clean, and although a little retro, it was really comfy.

The air conditioner was a little noisy, and right over the bed, but it worked fine, and cooled us down in the hot weather.

Everything about this stay was a 10!!

We had a very relaxing weekend at the Clear Lake. It's a hidden gem. Accommodation was very cozy and comfortable,there is a very peaceful atmosphere, great deck with nice view, beautiful night sky, and very friendly neighbours. Great communation with the host

The owner is nice and it is clean, but the location isn’t great. and it was very loud couldn’t sleep

It’s too close to other people living on the property and they seemed nice however We heard everything outside the house walls are very thin not my favorite stay...

The unit is beautiful and well furnished. The view is great. Very cozy place.

Air conditioning in bedroom only for that room. Living room and kitchen very hot.
