There was rust on bathroom door frame, Rooms were very plain, Scary feeling, Bathtub old and rusty

Very clean. !00% clean. Very expensive TV. Good cable channels. Nice flooring.

I wanted to sit in the little pool to relax tired leg muscles. No access to pools! My husband slipped in the tub. He is 6 feet tall. There are not enough stickers on bottom of tub. No bath matt. Good air conditioning. 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The comforter was very thin.

The rooms had been recently updated, clean linens, high water pressure and the A/C worked. I did like that there was no carpet, the laminate plank gave a fresh clean look. Beds and desk and minifridge area were contemporary style.

Clearly the updates were still in progress as there were no bedside lamps, or lamps in the room at all. Only the one over head light near the door. We asked for 2 rooms close together. We were on the 1st floor and our second room was on the 3rd floor. Not ideal when traveling with children. Also, we had requested additional towels and the young man at the front responded with "there are two in your bathroom." I agreed with him and reminded him that we had 4 people in that room and that we required additional towels. Lastly, their check out process requires someone to physically check the room at check out. This is fine but then they MUST have someone else at the desk. to facilitate other patrons and requests. The rush @ 11 for check out resulted in many people standing in the lobby waiting for the clerk to run back and forth to each room. The pool was advertised as open and was not open. Very frustrating, when that was a main point of selecting this hotel over other options.

It’s what I expected. It has been renovated in the last 1-2 years. The AC was super cold. Most needed for the 100 degree days that we were there!

The tub needs nonslip strips added to it. I forgot to let management know.

Pool not working, no breakfast, walls and doors dirty, no blanket or extra pillows. Only 1 chair in at room with a kitchen. The air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off constantly.
