Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was professional and friendly.
Key card did not work. After notifying staff and her trying we were assigned a different room.

Staff swapped our original room for a better equipped room. On enterung the first room was feezing cold and we couldn;t get the heat and A/C unit to work.
Rooms are quite dated and could use renovation. Clean but not modern. Comfort height toilets are not provided and are pretty much a standard now.

Breakfast was good, but there is limited seating in dining area, so you very well may be standing to eat. Rooms were very clean, but pillows are not the best.
The elevator was broken when we arrived, so we had to hike up the stairs to the top floor with all of our luggage. With 2 young kids, this was not fun and a little irritating.

Did not eat. Very good location, little noisy on end by highway where our room was.
Water was barely warm in bath. Most people including me like a hot bath.

The customer service from Alice and Mariah was superb, from the arrival to the departure. The room was very clean.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and welcoming.
Booked a king with walk in shower handicapped accessible for my parents. Noted when booking in notes that it had to be a walk in shower. Was given a 2 queen with bathtub. Went back to the desk. Which front desk fixed right away to what i originally booked. Thermostat in my room was blank. Told staff a couple of times. Was told maintenance would take care of. The therermostat was broken new batteries that i put in didn't fix it. Maintenance never came by during the stay.

House keeping only cleaned your room if you’re checking out the same day. Had to ask for more towels and downstairs desk didn’t have any extra pillows

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! We always stop in Tupelo because it’s our halfway spot and this spot has them all beat! nanci was so kind and helpful
