Breakfast was quite good. Lots of choices and the breakfast room was large enough to be comfortable

Pool and spa not working. Noisy neighbors. The room and especially bathroom were quite small

The people at the front desk were very professional, helpful, and kind.

While the room looked clean, there was something left behind by a previous guest that made one realize they didn't clean thoroughly. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The facility is very old.

The location was great. We were close to restaurants and not far from Mesa Verde National Park. Good room, nice breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again.

My family was bummed to learn that the pool was out of service, but it was still a good stay.

The heated indoor pool was AMAZING. We were obsessed, and would stay again just to visit that pool. 🥰

Large room with 3 beds was perfect for our family. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Was decently close to the interstate.

Nothing to complain about, had some of the issues that older hotels have but that's perfectly acceptable.

Selena D, you night auditor was amazing. Friendly, courteous and helpful. She gave us a room that perfectly located for my disabled wife. Then showed us where to park to make entry and exit easy given my wife's stroke and her challenges. In today's environment it's rare to get genuine and exceptional service. Side note - the breakfast was excellent. The next time we travel to and from Texas we know where we are staying! Thank you - Jerry and Heather Hoyt

The bathroom only had a fan and light that where together, a separate light only would be nice, mainly for the adjacent room benefit. Late night bathroom visits are loud when they could be quiet.

Basically there was a party going on in the parking lot and outside a unit…loud music and conversation . Guests told them to turn it done but nothing done by staff. When I notified the front desk they asked if I wanted them to tell them to quiet down! yes…it was well after 10! They did nothing . If you need wifi, don’t count on it. Could pick up about 8 networks, but not the motels until early in the morning. Was told they knew it was poor and looking for a new provider..

Room was spacious and clean.

The bathroom had the shower, sink and toiilet. It would be more practical to have the sink separate outside of the shower and toilet.

Our room smelled so bad. Told the front office so they had us change rooms but the other room smelled just as bad!! We had to burn candles all night to be able to be in the room! The picture on the website showed a beautiful pool but the pool had yellow/brown water and was half empty! It was way too much money for such a sleazy motel room!!

Waited over 1 hr for manager to arrive to unlock gift shop. Never showed. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was very GOOD. Worker was excellent and very nice and willing to make every food wish happen!!
