Staff was friendly. Location was good for our road trip.
The property had an EV Charging station - not high speed but was locked at night by the time we got there. We would have needed to be charging most of the night to get full enough to make it to the next city on our itinerary. Having the charging station locked and unavailable is like not having one at all. We selected this property because they said they has an EV Charger.

Manager guy named john embarased me in front of the whole entire staff and guest's in the breakfast room. Aired my personal business in front of everyone . And said that i was not allowed back to the hotel .

The staff was exceptional, room was great, close facilities to get food, entertainment. I had to go to a hospital on my check out date and they let my girl get my effects, monitored my my vehicle and showed genuine concern.

booked a room with two queen beds and it was not available at check in. They did put us in a room that was large with one king and a pull out sofa which would be nice if you did not need two beds. Was not happy about sleeping on an older pull out sofa bed but, understand that things happen. Told room was an upgrade but, it was not what we needed so disappointed that discount to nightly rate was not extended.

I like the location and the friendly staff, as well as the close proximity of the restaurants.
Most important for a hotel to a traveler is the bed. One of the best things a hotel owner can do to stay loyal to travelers is to know when to change or upgrade the beds. The mattress on the beds in our room are ready to be upgraded or changed out. Best Western is known for quality and comfort.

Very good breakfast for a hotel buffet breakfast, staff was extremely helpful/friendly, rooms were clean, ample parking, basically the hotel delivered exactly what I'd expect for a reasonably priced Best Western. Bigbonus points for being dog friendly.

The noise from the highway is nonstop. This is not the normal highway white noise but the loud diesel engine roars and muscle car muffler blows day and night.
