A/C was extremely noisy and so was flushing the toilet.

Everything from receptions friendly polite + very helpful people great rooms + breakfast + all facilities in room + very comfortable beds 100% satisfaction as far as we were concerned we also stayed with you last year when comming from Scotland infact I've already been online + were booked to stay with you for 8 nights from Wed 26th of June till Thurs 4th July thats how much we love your hotel

This property was a breath of fresh air after some questionable hotel stays on our trip from Dallas TX to Washington. a nice area, plenty of parking, friendly staff and clean establishment. I was greeted with a smile and goodie bags for our two dogs. our room was impeccably clean, everything worked and was updated. the shower pressure and water temperature was fantastic, and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. breakfast had lots of decent options and there is a dog potty station in the back by the pool. we would have stayed another night if there was more for us to do in grants pass, but we had to hit the road in the morning.

the one request is for rooms to have dark curtains that draw all the way across the windows. our room had see through curtains that open and close over the windows, and panels of blackout shades that only cover half of each window and have no rail to extend them to the other side of the window.

Hi I liked the open area for eating, playing games and hanging out. The pool was great!

The beds were broken down and the pillows were too soft.

Super clean, could not hear traffic or any other noise, ac/heat fan provided perfect white noise for sleeping, super comfy bed, best variety of breakfast items I’ve seen, staff was outstanding.

very clean and spacious room. even though it is close to the highway there was no issues with the noise. breakfast had many options and had a long enough duration so we were not rushed. the facility looked new and very clean.
