It was about. 15 mins from the Coastal credit music park. The lady upfront was super friendly, unfortunately the room is GROSS. Carpet stained, and it smelled like someone took a massive crap in the bathroom. And the toilet will not flush, and the smell never left the bathroom

The hot water was almost nonexistent in the shower. There was an odd smell in the lobby.

Location and friendliness of staff was great.

Beds & chairs were all well worn and uncomfortable in the 2 rooms we had.

Really hard to find something we like. The only thing I can say that is good is that the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was a joke. The staff at the front desk was having a convo on her cell while “helping us”. The cleaning lady was having a loud call on HER cell while cleaning early morning, up and down the halls. Do not stay here. What a waste. Shower was weak and no hot water. TV was a joke. The heat wasn’t working properly. The coffee was disgusting.

Pool was closed, no jacuzzi or sauna. Breakfast is adequate, eggs need seasoning, need more items like biscuits & gravy & or home fried potatoes.

Worst and I mean worst experience I ever had.When we first got there lady at front desk didn't know what she was doing.Took about 20 minutes to get checked in then she ask me to swipe my credit card I ask why since I already paid for the room through booking she tells me it's for 50 dollar security.I leave the next day and find out my card was charged another stay so I call up was told the manager would call me in the morning never did .Call back was told manager will call me back after waiting several hours she calls me back tells me she is going to reverse the charge come to find out no reversal and my card was charged again.Call back manager is not around when I finally do get in touch with her she tells me my bank would have to call her she isn't seeing another charge my bank calls her and mid conversation she hangs up!Thank God my bank was able to help me would not recommend staying there unless you like being ripped off .I should have known better as this has happened to someone else when I was reading reviews

The place is tremendously appreciated by all of us, we are 6 people who come from New York City for the Wedding of our niece on Sunday 07/23/2023. Many other people go to different Hotel, and one of my nieces, suggest us this Hotel only 2 minutes to the place. Very nice to be there at the moment. I and others love ❤️ the neighborhood.

Services are greatly appreciated by the pool, Some of my family members enjoy it so much for the short times.

Room smelt as if it hadn’t been booked for awhile. A very old stale odor. The sheets also did not have a pleasant smell, as if again it had been sitting up for a long period of time. Carpets dirty and Stained
