The girl at the front desk (Beverly) was racist and didn't let us stay at the hotel because we weren't Americans.

My stay was from November 11th through November 13th. I traveled with my husband and 3 month old baby. I didn’t read the reviews but from the pictures I assumed this would be okay to stay at for a quick stay. I picked extended stay because I’ve used them before many years ago, but not this location. I saw pictures online and they offered breakfast and it seemed like a sweet deal as I was only in town to clear my storage out and see a few friends. To my dismay I felt like I pulled up to the hood. My husband and I decided to tuff it out. This location needs to be upgraded and I’m appalled they allow smoking in the building which is a no no with a brand new child. Drugs were being sold out of the hotel and I believe prostitution was taking place. In addition my husband saw a lady lingering around my vehicle that looked like she was on crack or heroine and yelled at her to get away from my vehicle. I am so disgusted and disappointed that this company and staff would allow such things to take place on their property. Additionally, the door knob was broken to get on the first floor when coming in from the side of the building. There were no snacks in the machine because we were advised people were stealing from the machine. This hotel needs to be shut down. I would only recommend staying overnight if it’s your last resort.

It was a dirty place. Everything was smeling to Marijuana The area wasn't nice at all. I had to cancel my stay when I got there. It was an unreal publishing.

Nothing!!!! This was the worst place I have Ever Stayed Rooms were not cleaned properly. Fire alarm was going off all throughout the night.

I didn’t like anything. I Would Never Stay at this property Again. It needs to be closed remodel & everyone that works there should be fired

DID NOT match description listed, pictures were apparently stolen from another Extended Stay or previous management. Cigarettes & smoke filled the facility, doors left proped open (safety concern), property was trashed, continental breakfast was scraps. Floor was sticky, toilet didn't flush, not utensils or plates for kitchenette......I could list more about how unsatisfied this stay was but time & space is short.

Smelled like weed and cigarettes. Filthy everywhere. Seemed people took over the place. Pullout sofa looked like someone was murdered. Will be in contact for refund. Checked out early.

This place was trashed!! this place does it need to be open!! I didn’t even get to stay there because it had flooded!!! nobody contacted me to let me know prior to my arrival!! there were cigarette butts in the floor! this place needs to be closed down!!!

Nothing. The front desk guy was the best thing about it. He was very kind and understood our dislikes.

The smell, the flies, the gnats, the nasty shower, the nasty carpet, the smelly bed sheets and covers.

Building and rooms where run down. There was alot of extra circular activities going on. Police was in and out looking for someone. A guy jumped out of the 3rd story window running away from said police. And it was infected with roaches. Will not be staying there again
