Location was fairly close to where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good.

We understand the facillity is under renovation, but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. We only dissappointed with 1 thing and that was the hot tub didn't work, but that is a minor concern.

The breakfast was free.

The hot tub was broken, there was construction going on, the room was messy, the elevator wasn’t working, the room was small, the wifi wasn’t good, they charged $20 more than the app said I was paying.

The alarm clock did not work in the room. One bed looked like the sheets weren't changed. Hairs found in that bed.

Hot tub and pool in working order. Close to where we needed to be. Price for what was available.

Check in was chaos and confusion. Room was too hot. No pool towels. Had to ask for room towels on our 2nd day even after leaving a note on the door when we left. Breakfast bar was not kept stocked with food or utensils.

The staff at the hotel worked hard to find our booking.com reservation, and even gave us a better rate because of how screwed up booking.com was and how long we had to wait to get things sorted out. We really appreciated this, but we also have serious concerns about using booking.com in the future.

Comfortable bed

Since the last time we stayed there the property has become very rundown. The pool was out of order so was the ice machine on our floor. They were cleaning the carpets and had fans running 24 hours a day. The first night of our stay the people of us were so noisy in the front desk didn’t seem to wanna do anything about it.

Staff was courteous when we asked for something or about something.

Hotel is not clean. Found hair in our shower upon arrival. Cookie pieces in hallway upon arrival and still were there upon departure two days later. So clearly housekeeping doesn’t vacuum. Upon arrival on our floor there was a babe of garbage and some other things left on the floor next to the trash can by the ice machine and still was there til two days later as we were departing. The pool area had lots of dirt in the bottom of the pool. Also there were cobwebs of all sizes in all the corners of the pool area. Carpets in hallways are very filthy. Lots of stains from whatever was spilled and carpeting all together was very filthy in the hallways. Honestly made me really wonder if our room was vacuumed. Our bedding was not very clean. Had to ask front desk for new pillow cases and then upon changing them, pillows are very stained and almost black in some spots! Yuck🤢.

Breakfast was good.

Rooms weren't cleaned daily and no fresh towels.

Location was ok

Staff acted very indifferent bordering on rude. Room was not properly cleaned ie food in refrigerator, items left on floor, something smeared across TV screen, and door would not open or close properly due to cloth crammed into top of door opening possibly used to hold door open??!!

Clean room and very good breakfast buffet.

Squeaky floors; was on 2nd floor and heard people above walking around in their room. Also heard, I suspect, their children jumping around. Sounded like a herd of elephants was above me.
