We had a terrible experience & didn’t even end up spending the night. We checked in & our room door had been cracked open & as two girls in our twenties we didn’t feel safe staying there overnight. The parking lot was nearly empty as there weren’t many others staying there. They did not grant our request for a refund even though we didn’t stay there or go into the room aside for a quick look before feeling unsafe. The reality of the room was absolutely nothing like the photos. Do not recommend.

Room was a dark place. The room next to us was missing a window and maybe the entrance door as too, Its up to you to guess it was like this due to scheduled renovation, or the room was a crime scene recently. Probably as the name suggest Butch Cassidy has spent a night here last week :-)

The location was what I expected I know the area
I had to go to the desk several times to get keys that worked. My room wasn’t made up the second day.

Quick stop over on our trip and it met our expectations.
Room was as expected when booking. Breakfast had enough options for our group.
Its a tiny bit away from the freeway - but it is not hard to find. In a quite location and did not have road noise.

very dated property. we were stuck on our way to Moab, UT in a winter storm, had to book the hotel last minute in an emergency. The staff were very polite and nice

Room also needed repair around the tub area.
No way to shut out the streetlight coming in to the bathroom.
Heater in the room was too loud when the fan came on.

The Butch Cassidy Inn is conveniently located right on the main street of town, with easy access back to the highway, and close to the local market.
The property may be older, but the rooms were updated and spotless.
Jesus, at the front desk was cordial and knowledgeable, pointing out local dining options. Lupe, the cleaning staff employee, was a delight, and gave us insights on the little community.
The convenient location also provides road noise to the room

This is an older motel. Rooms are small, bathroom is tiny, floors are uneven.

Location was good. Traveling with my dog and nice area to walk. Staff was friendly. Greatly appreciated the complete no smoking policy. Bathroom was clean.
Way too much money was spent on lobby and not the rooms. Temp outside was lovely and would have like to open windows. Not secure enough. Could not run air conditioner—sounded like freight train. Got too warm to sleep. Slept only two hours.
T.V. made no sense. Refrigerator froze all my water and drinks. Had to buy more for trip next day.
Worse was that all four pillows smelled like men’s cologne and something smelled (the carpet?) like cat urine. Please upgrade your rooms as nice as lobby. You charge enough.
