The size/layout of the room was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the "kitchen" area with the additional sink.

Renovation was in progress, which made the breakfast area unavailable. Brown bag breakfast was unexpected, but a decent substitute.

The breakfast room was closed so it was a breakfast to go which was ok

It was under construction with activity going on all around. I would have booked elsewhere have I known that. The breakfast area was closed, although they did give a voucher to another restaurant.

The breakfast area is being remodeled so we just had an acceptable sack breakfast. The room was exceptionally quiet.

My expectations were exceeded

I had the suite and enjoyed the extra room as I was a guest for a week. The staff were great.

Nothing to do with the staff but, unfortunetly I was staying there during renovations.

Breakfast was located at a previous off ramp restaurant.

The place was under renovation and ought to have been closed. We were offered relocation to the Best Western for free. Should have taken the offer. Room was decent.

the property is under major renovation. the dining area is closed, no public bathroom. Hallways are bare drywall with markings on them. the entire facility looks like a construction zone. Room was okay though.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it very much for the following reasons. The pool and hot tub are always clean and the perfect temperatures. The location is perfect for our ski weekend which is why we go there, and the hot breakfast is great. They are currently renovating and so no hot breakfast. I wish we had known because we would have stayed across the way for less money until next time when they finished. Their bfast is part of the reason we stay with them. They were nice enough to provide bag bfasts with nice options inside but we just wish we had been given the information prior to check in so we couldn't decided what to do .

See above - they are pretty great and the service , location and rooms are always very above average.
