Reserved online, a room with a King bed. When I arrived was told it wasn’t available. I was told the pet fee was going to be waived for the inconvenience. The toilet in my room didn’t want to flush by morning the bathroom floor was soaked as the tanked leaked out. When I went to check out, I wasn’t given and credit for the pet fee. No manager on site at that time. Was told a manager would contact and no one did.

Love staying here...gracious staff and wonderful rooms.

Location convenient to Interstate 40. Desk clerk helpful and friendly. Room was clean, bed comfy, pillows heavenly.

Smelled like cigarettes, black and milds and weed I'm the hallway. Took quite some time to check in.

The clerk/manager ? told me he recieved no request even though I had a print out of our request for my stay, I requested a king bed, The clerk/ manager ? told us he had a queen room, which was not true , we had a double bed, he told us he would put us on the second floor ( even though we requested a ground room floor ) that was not true , as we wound up on the 3rd floor all the way at the end of the hotel which was problematic for me. on top of that when we asked the person who checked us in where the best place to unload our luggage, he responded very sarcastically, anywhere you want. I was not happy with his attitude and /or willingness to assist us in any of these matters.
