The staff were professional and friendly. The facilities were well maintained

Ice machine issues

Property location was very nice loved sitting out looking at the River.

Air Conditioning unit in our Room 309 was excessively loud and the front encasement fell off when I was trying to adjust the temp and fan. We truly did not get a good nights sleep because of the noise coming from the unit. I did mention it to the front desk staff when leaving and there was a maintenance gentlemen there said the front of the units fall off all the time. Other than having to deal with a bad air conditioning unit it would have been a nice stay.

I loved the courtesy, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff from the wonderful young lady who checked us in to the dining staff who assisted us at breakfast time. There was a nice array of breakfast choices and the hot portion was very tasty. I am looking forward to our next stay with the hopes that we will have time to splash around in the pool (it looked so inviting!) and run a couple of laps on the treadmill 😄. The quick drive to the Oswego campus was an additional plus.

I hated that we were only there for one night. I regret not booking Best Western for the last two times we were there---lesson learned. We totally got and were beyond satisfied with what we paid for.

Pool, Hot Tub was great

Room was ok but could not Air \ Heater was too loud and was too hot or too cold, so did not have a good nights sleep Breakfast was below average, stay at many places that offer the free Breakfast, this was probably near the bottom of the list when it came to quality of breakfast. Prepared food was sub-par, I ate at Maria's Family restaurant after that!!

EVERYTHING WAS REALLY GOOD!! & ALL OF THE STAFF IS SO NICE AND ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL. WE STAYED HERE FROM THE 1ST- 5TH. My HUSBAND AND MYSELF LOVE STAYING HERE AT THE BEST WESTERN PLUS.. & OMG! THERE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IS OUT OF THIS WORLD.... Cause they thought of Everything let me tell you what.... Belgium Waffles
