Was in a decent surrounding area.
Was in town for 5 days. Hotel lobby was comfortable. The room? Not so much. Smelled of smoke. Air conditioning leaked water all over the carpet under it. Weird stain on lamp shade. Poor lighting in room. Pool was closed our whole stay. Have 3 kids, therefore the pool was a big part of picking this hotel. Girls Soccer team took over the hotel on Saturday running up and down halls screaming and banging around. Man obviously on drugs talking to the air all around the outside for 2 days. Complained to front desk and woman was too timid to confront issues. Called Memphis police myself on the man after he aggressively yelled at me & my 7 year old son walking to our car. Woman at desk said he was doing much of the same in his room and had multiple complaints. Surrounding area is nice, but this hotel seems to attract inconsiderate & scummy clientele. Management not equipped to handle the issues to make your stay comfortable. Will be complaining to corporate & the BBB for a partial refund. Would have left if bookings.com would allow a change of hotels.

Convenience from the Highway.
Loud noises all night, dirty beds, dirty room, hair in sink that was not ours, no towels for pool, pool was closed even after asking several times if it would be open during our stay. You have to pay for your breakfast even if you book through booking according to the staff.

Staff was nice. Especially cleaning crew! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bar located in hotel which my family enjoyed.
Main reason I picked this hotel was for the indoor pool and wifi. Wifi didn't work. And the pool has no slip guard around it. You get a little wet, you fall. So unsafe for young kids, which we had several of with us on this trip. Plus the water was cloudy and over chlorinated. Major bummer.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were amazing. My daughter loved the pull out sofa. Honestly the only downside was the pool wasn't heated. It is indoors so that was good but we tried a couple times and the water was a little chilly. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We have no complaints. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

There was a lot of traffic in and out and there was a group staying across the hall that were very loud into the early morning.

The hotel was a great overall value.
The AC in my room didn't work, I spoke to the front desk when I was headed out of the hotel she advised they would send someone up to take a look. When I returned they had switched the Fan into ON Mode and the AIR CONDITION still didn't work and it my room was still very hot and difficult to sleep in. I was not offered resolution until 2 days later when it was too unbearable to be nice.

Great location, friendly staff. Cleaning team did a good job. Rooms were comfortable and noise level was tolerable. Kids loved the indoor pool even though it wasn't a heated pool. Didn't try the in house restaurant but the food always smelled good if we were walking by during service hours. Had 1 time that our key cards stopped working but the issue was quickly fixed .
Sofa bed was showing signs of age. Only had extra sheets for it. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket. We didn't ask for one so it may have been provided if asked for. Fridge didn't have a freezer and microwave turn table seemed to not want to fit properly but they worked. Might want to make sure the Keurig Coffee Maker is cleaned a little better. Our first cup the water heated but never brewed. Took the pod holder out, ran water through it in the bathroom sink and a good bit of "stuff" washed out of it. Dumped the water out of the reservoir and realized it had stuff floating in it so rinsed that out as well. No more issues after a good cleaning.

Brrakfadt was amazing, the staff went out of their way to interact with my youngest and make her feel special. Delaton i believe was had name.

The hotel is in a great location. It is right off the interstate, and the exit before or after in either direction is great for shopping and eating. Additionally, the hotel is on a great street. There are plenty of fast food locations to choose from, and again, you can always jump on the interstate and go either up or down an exit to get to sit down dining. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and the room attendants were nice. There were no issues with getting additional towels and face cloths. The hotel also comes with an indoor pool. There is a lounge area in the lobby that is family-friendly. I and my two adult siblings shared the double queen bedroom with a sofa. There was plenty of room for us and all our stuff. There was plenty of storage room in the closet to house our luggage, and the refrigerator was large enough to handle our Togo boxes from dinner.
There isn't much to say here.. Overall, the place is great. When coming back to Memphis, we will stay here again. Some of the things that we wish were better communicated was about breakfast. If you reserved the rooms through a third party, you have to show them your reservations that you paid for breakfast. Additionally. Regardless of how many people you tell them are staying in the room. It only covers up to 2 people. Each person gets a $10 daily breakfast credit. You do have to order off the breakfast menue and anything you order over your credit amount is billed. Nothing other than coffee is readily available. You will need to call in or go to the bar and put your order in. The menu is limited. Although we paid for the breakfast options, we ended up just going to breakfast while we were out. Be sure to pack your conditioners, shampoo, and soap. I have never seen such small bottles it definitely isn't enough for one person, let alone 3. However, the Family Dollar is just a block over. It was not hard to just pick some up.
