I liked the location.

The room smells, no new towels, no linen change. I stayed 3 nights because my pipes burst at home. The microwave was nasty, it didn’t have a plate, broken glass was in it, the floor had stains, the chair had stains. Only good thing about this hotel is that it’s pet friendly.

The location is in a great area

The beds are uncomfortable, coming in the check in the person at the front desk was rude.

The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfortable, and the internet was amazingly fast with no bad connection or freezing. The A/C was cold and the water was hot. Highly recommend.

Really don't have any complaints as it relates to the service from the staff of anything to really gripe about as it relates to this hotel.

The facility was not properly cleaned and organised. Require good breakfast options and toiletries. One fly was observed in the coffee creamer. No worth for money. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Problem with television, when I reported it they did not have a spare. Toilet seat in my unit was held in place by a rope which made the seat move when you sat on it.

Service upon arrival was good and lobby smelled amazing. Location was okay. Room was clean.

You could see lights through the door, could hear a lot of what was going on.

Location- access to Memphis was good. Pancakes were nice at breakfast, but it was "slim pickins" according to someone who went there before us.

Elevator and hallway stunk of reefer. Doors shut loudly-I don't think people were slamming the doors, but you knew when everyone was entering and leaving. Rug in room was in disrepair. Breakfast wasn't that great- pancakes and grits, a few apples. Nothing was being restocked either. It just felt like a dump when we paid in the mid range. We expected a little bit more for the money.
