The room was dirty and the linen was filthy! I ended requesting extra linen to remake the bed.

Old but good value for price paid with my booking.com genius discount. Very basic but clean and ok for a 8 hour overnight before a flight.

I mean they didn’t end up charging me because of my experience which was nice.

when we arrived after driving 18 hours. our bath tub had something in it. when I went to the front desk (couldn’t call cause there isn’t a phone in the room) I was told a cleaning lady would come and take care of it. well I went and got food and came back and waited for about an hour. no one came. well while I was waiting for the tub to be cleaned so I can shower. being a lady with her Aunt Flow in town I bleed on the bed. so I went back to the front seat where I was told the house keeper was still there. I explained the new problem of needing new sheets and comforter. I was given sheets then told the comforter would be brought to my room after it was done drying. well that never can either. I had to clean the tub myself so I could shower. this is when I found more hair and stains in the bath tub. this made me question if the room was even cleaned befor I got there. they did comp me for my stay which was really nice but my experience was absolutely uncomfortable.

The room was so dirty. The towels were not clean, the bathroom was not clean, it was disgusting. There was no soap and the toilet paper roll wasn’t even changed from the previous guest. The room was extremely dirty and there was an awful odor coming from the hallway.

The hotel had a decent breakfast. The fruit was really fresh. It was a basic hotel breakfast. The hot dishes were fresh and the cold dishes were kept cold. The dinning area was comfortable and clean as well. The staff were also great. Friendly and efficient.

The room did not meet my standards. There was a musty smell when I entered the room. This went away once the air conditioning was turned on. The bed was pretty dirty. There was dirt on a pillow case and even small bugs on the blankets. Lastly the bathroom was pretty small. Other than that, it was acceptable.

dirty linen from previous traveler left in bathroom, did not make me feel confident that the room had been cleaned prior to my arrival. only square shaped pillows on the beds, who does that? air conditioning unit worked poorly.

the hotel cancelled my room reservation after I called to let them know im checking in late bc of the delay in my flight. just for me to get there and theres no rooms. I had to walk to the next location. this was a real inconvenience to someone who traveled all day. the receptionist wasnt helpful at all. didnt even try to go e alternate solutions.

The front desk clerk was extremely friendly!

The rooms were filthy, we switched rooms only to find that the new room was filthy as well. Hairs, boogers and stains were on the beds. We all slept in our clothes and on top of the blankets to try to stay as clean as possible. The pillows are terribly uncomfortable as well. We will not stay here again.
