I didn't like anything
The room was different from the photos on the Booking.com app. I paid for the reservation on the app, when I arrived at the hotel, my card was swiped four times, and I paid the amount 4 times. I spent a long time at reception trying to resolve this. when we were in the room, a person tried to enter because they thought it was unoccupied, they did not notify the reception that we were in the room. The bedroom curtain does not close and leaves a lot of light in the room, the shower is horrible, and I will not stay at this hotel anymore.

How I called and they said they couldn't find my reservation. Then they or booking took 94$ out my account and no one seems to know what's going on

The staff was GREAT! They were very helpful.
The staff is great but the rooms are completely disgusting. Thankfully they had clean linen and towels.

bed was super small and barely any blankets, all there was was a thin sheet, and 3 pillows. no coffee maker in the room either…over all it was dingy and not nice

The price was reasonable. The location was great near a lot of places to eat and shop. When you walked into the room it smelled freshly cleaned.
We weren't notified where breakfast could be found or the hours . The room was missing a few items for example the blow dryer and coffee maker. The refrigerator was making a loud noise every time it turned on. The bed frame was not attached to the wall. We found that out the hard way. There was pet hair all over the sheets, the floor and the chair. The staff seemed to be bothered both at check in/out.

Accomodations very nice
Check-in hospitality host....she was outside talking when I arrived. I waited (3-5mins) I went outside and asked if someone could check me in....her response was .. Someone will be with you soon.....I go back inside and additional 3mins more....when she came inside she didn't have a pleasant attitude which resulted in a bad experience checking in ...
