Absolutely nothing! Didn't get a chance!

I booked this hotel for my fiance and I because she was just released from the hospital after having major surgery on her spine and riding in the car was hurting her badly... so I help her out of the car and into the lobby where the front desk person could plainly see that she was in a lot of pain wearing her neck brace/collar and bandages covering the 30 staples between her throat and down the back of her neck but we are still turned away because she didn't have her ID even though I booked it in my name and had my ID. Ok so that's fine, rules are rules right? Lol Sure except for the fact that they assured me that my bank account had not and would not be charged but of course it was and now I can't get anyone to help me!!

Everyone was so nice!! The rooms were clean too!!

The room smelt a little musty … the hallways smell better than the room ! We did have ants .. in the bed and sink in kitchen area .

It was nice having a kitchen and access to dishes, utensils.

T.V. did not work at first, but was corrected.

Great extended stay. I have been to a few of your properties in Florida, Indiana, and other states but this one is at the top of the list. Great place to stay and so close to Biltmore Estates.

Only minor complaint is because you share a parking area with a closed business I wasn’t sure where you where until I looked around and saw your sign which is difficult to see. You need more lighting at the entrance so it’s doesn’t look uninviting to first timers.

The location and the room was clean.

I called ahead of time and spoke to an very nice gentleman by the name of Gary and he said an early check-in at 1:30 -2p.m. would be fine (check-in is 3pm). I arrived at 1:50 and was told by the front desk manager I would be charged extra for the early check-in. I travel quite extensively and this has NEVER been an issue with other hotels across the street from this property!!! So I waited in my car for 1 hour and 10 minutes!! Checked in at 3.

Quiet,staff was pleasant

wished it was closer to downtown. More variety on the grab n go breakfast
