Big spacious room

Roaches in tub in bathroom area and on walls I killed a few babies in room 110

this was my very first time at the kings motel and I was pleasantly surprised the room is actually bigger than I expected it to be for the price it was very clean and tidy and the exterior of the motel in particular the parking lot very well manicured very well paved and I like the fact they were a lot of security cameras looking over the parking lot and it was very nice and quiet and peaceful I was very impressed with that the room was very comfortable the bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked which is sometimes rare in a motel setting but at the end of the day it was a nice surprise and I will definitely visit this hotel again

The towels and washcloths could stand a little bit more bleach and maybe the carpets could use a little carpet freshener

It is good value for the money, near the airport, clean and spacious. The owner let us leave the luggage after the check-out, which help us a lot.

The walls are thin, so you can hear everything.

Clean and staff is great. This trip was my second time staying there and they never fail.

You can sometimes hear neighbors right next to you but that’s kinda expected in motels

it was dirty and I’m pretty positive there were bed bugs. the high rating of cleanliness is a joke honestly.

it took a long time for the hot water to come in the shower, no utensils in kitchen.
