The staff was so nice and the hotel was fantastic!

Die Lage am Fluss und nahe der Altstadt und des Capitols war grandios, leider für uns bei 45-47° nicht zu besuchen. Das Hotel war groß und wohl ausgebucht, entsprechend viele Menschen überall. Das Frühstück mit Omelett nach Bestellung war grandios. 17.30 bis 19 Uhr gab es kostenlose Getränke (u.a. Bier, Wein) und Snacks. Die Schlange war an der Getränkeausgabe nicht zu übersehen 😉, aber jeder bekam, auch mehrmals. Gleichzeitig dazu gab es Live-Musik. Es gab nur Valet-Parking für 36$ (recht günstig für amerikanische Verhältnisse). Bei der Abreise wurde sehr schnell das Auto gebracht 👍

Super zentrale Lage, schnelles check in /check out. Happy Hour von 17:30 bis 19 Uhr mit kostenlosen Drinks und Snacks. Öffentliches Parkhaus direkt gegenüber. Sehr schöne und große Zimmer.

Der Pool war nicht so schön, hat sehr nach Chlor gerochen.

It was great. Everything about the hotel was amazing. First time there and it won’t be my last. Definitely coming back. Thank you for an amazing experience in the stay there.

Beautiful, great lobby and bar. Breakfast offerings were great.

Parking was full and I had to park across the street at a city garage. It was 9:30 pm and I was alone walking through the garage. I couldn’t find the exit near the hotel. I didn’t feel comfortable.

We had our 2 year old granddaughter with us. From the get go the staff were wonderful, they got us an early check in. Gave our granddaughter her own fake key with a smiley face which she carried all weekend. The restaurant was very good lots of choices and fresh as was the excellent breakfast. We Used the pool which was fun but very heavily chlorinated. Every member of staff was wonderful. Room was great size and spotless bed very comfortable. Location is excellent as were the views of the river. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. L'hôtel étant situé proche du Old Sacramento, du centre DOCO et du capitol mall est facilement accessible à pied. Bel hôtel avec un service impeccable.

Staff was outstanding, Victor and Javier made breakfast exceptional with their cook to orders.

The AC unit broke, but the staff handled the situation better than expected.

Riesiges Zimmer mit eigenen Wohnbereich und Küche, Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war toll, über die Strasse und wir waren mitten in Old Sacramento.

Spacious and clean room. Front desk, valet parking and breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t visit the happy hour because our short stay. Breakfast was included and next level! Really a 10+ and the best we had have in the USA so far. Beautiful river view and next to Old Town. Awesome stay!

Maybe a little bit too warm in our room. AC didn’t work well.

I liked the location, it was very convenient to the office building where I was having working sessions with other colleagues. I was able to walk to and from the office, thus, reducing my carbon footprint and saving on parking fees. The made-to-order omelets are a must have to start the day off a day of long sessions and meetings.

The beds need to be replaced, they were way to soft and are definitely in need of an upgrade. Also, the rooms need maintenance, the toilet kept running all the time, plus the sink in the bathroom had a leak around the faucet.

Location, view of the River from the room, valet parking, large, clean and comfortable room, laundry on site, glass elevators, free happy hour and great breakfast included. What’s not to like?!

Location location location! Perfect spot! We loved the breakfast and the staff were always very helpful and friendly!

The beds were uncomfortable and in need of updating. It was not the cleanest, there were hairs in our bathtub and the carpet was black in the white areas around the beds. Also very noisy in the hard of hearing rooms; you can hear all of the traffic noise kept my kid up.

Asked housekeeping to change sheets for an extra night but sheets were not changed.

The location is great for going to an NBA game at the Golden 1 Center. We enjoyed the pool and free snacks and drinks at 5pm. The mini shop is great for quickly buying snacks and groceries.

We had a very noisy room because our room faced the highway and the windows didn't block the noise which made it difficult to sleep. Valet parking was expensive.

I liked that the hotel was really clean, considering how busy it is and how many people come through. I liked the breakfast, they had a lot of options, I also liked that they had a little store for snacks and a restaurant.

When we walked into the lobby, it wasnt the welcoming we were expecting. It was very loud, apparently they had a private event going on,so the music was blasting, there was people everywhere, it was very chaotic. So much that my 3yr old started freaking out because it was very overwhelming. The staff was not friendly at all, we did not encounter 1 friendly staff member the entire time of our stay. Starting when we check in, the women who was checking us in kept rolling her eyes, giving short answers. She had to call the manager over because even though I had booked months in advance, they didnt have our room available. They manager wasnt friendly either, straight face the whole time, didnt apologize for the inconvenience. Offered to move us to a different hotel even though the we had all our luggage on a cart with us and the valet had already taken our car. Then offered us a smaller room, which we ended up taking because it was already late, we were tired from the drive, we were hungry, we just wanted to get into a room. After finally getting to a room we went downstairs to get food, the girl who was taking our order wasnt friendly, she looked tired and over it, it was uncomfortable, like we were the ones being an inconvenience. If you do book here, know that it's a busy and crowded hotel. Honestly, we probably won't be staying here again.

I liked the room except the carpets. They were dirty with juice/wine stains and black stains. Overall the staff were helpful in the food area , front desk and valet parking.

The complimentary happy hour and breakfast were both excellent and the staff was very friendly. The bartender, Skip was especially nice and accommodating. The location of the hotel is great with a nice view of the river and golden bridge. We were only there for one night on our way somewhere else but I was impressed by the hotel for our short stay.

Not the hotels fault but our room faced the street and it was pretty loud out there until about 10:00pm. Loud cars/motorcycles etc. It wasn’t that big of a problem but perhaps it’s worth it to get a river front room if you are an early bedtime person.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! The front desk staff was great ! 😃 The complimentary happy hour was awesome. The breakfast was so delicious. The location is perfect and close to everything!!!

The only little hiccup I did have was the coffee that was made from Starbucks. I tasted no coffee only milk and it gave me an upset stomach the whole day.

The noise from the freeway (right outside the bedroom window) was constant and interrupted sleep. Valet parking was $36 a day

Our room wasn’t the cleanest. There was trash in the window seal, foot print on the couch, bathroom mirror had finger prints and there was a Gatorade under the bed closets to the window.

Everything. The breakfast was phenomenal. All the staff was very friendly and courteous. Best hotel I have ever stayed in.

El desayuno y el personal de la cocina. Las habitaciones son súper cómodas y muy limpias

La recepcionista no fue amable y cuando quise tomar un baño no había shampoo ni acondicionador, mi esposo llamó a recepción y nunca contestaron así que tuvo que ir personalmente a pedir estas cosas. Después de hacer el check out el ballet parking tardó muchísimo en traer nuestro auto ya que habían extraviado la llave.

El cuarto era super espacioso, el desayuno era muy variado y la ubicacion estaba bien.

El precio era alto y el tren pasa hasta las 9pm aproximadamente por si quieres tomar una siesta.
