They overbooked and never contacted me about it and I ended up getting screwed over and had to find another hotel.

Great price, had refrig, stovetop, microwave. Good location.
Door to our room was unlocked & open when we arrived. At first we thought we had the wrong room, so we knocked. Sheets were cheap, had hair on them. There was no chair in the room, no coffee pot or coffee. Bare minimum amenities. No breakfast included. Staff was nowhere to be seen when we checked out.

My reservation was not found. Got charged as a no show even though I had a reservation and I still haven't gotten a refund. Had to get another room since reservation was not found and got charged a lot more. Tv didn't work

Room was clean, and smelled OK. Plenty of room in the room, had a big fridge.
The front desk closed at 10, and we had a very loud neighbor who was screaming and throwing things, and we couldn't do anything about it because no one was up front up. We almost called the cops because it was very worrisome. It's definitely dangerous to leave a hotel unattended. We could feel the springs in our bed it wasn't very comfortable. We didn't have anywhere to put our clothes in, just a small open closet with 3 hangers. Luckily we just stayed 1 night and didn't need it.

Great for one night stay in Amarillo. Comfortable bed, clean private bathroom. Easy check-in.
Definitely recommend for one-two nights for a good night of sleep.
It would be good to have some kitchen utensils available - one mug/spoon/pot/plate so we could have prepared something for breakfast in our room - there is no breakfast available at this place.
So, if you are planning to have hot breakfast at your room, bring some kitchen utensils/essentials.

the staff was wonderful! friendly and helpful and actually talked to me! I was very impressed. it was convenient to work, parking was great! I was always able to get close to my room! the room was relatively quiet and the room felt and looked clean. I felt safe being a woman traveling alone.
the room had a stuffy smell when I would get back in the evening. but I turned the ac down and it went away. having smoking stations by the back door near my room was a little trouble for me since I am allergic to smoke. but nothing unbearable.

To check in you have to call and wait for staff to open roll up to check in. Bed Bugs—Manager (Erin) implied the host (meaning me) brought them in. And then followed up with excuses on their cleaning practices and inspections. I’m looking for compensation just wanted to inform them of the problem.
