Rude staff

Never got to stay because you didn't inform me that they don't take cash, which is always how I pay, so we didn't get to stay. So at last minute had to find other accommodations. So the way I see it, you owe me big time.

The entire hotel smelled like pot and people were always smoking pot in the parking lot

Room was pretty clean upon arrival. Room was fairly roomy. The reclining chair was comfortable for watching TV.

The website and a stand up flag says the kitchen is fully loaded. Upon arrival there was absolutely nothing (no plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, nothing). I called the front desk and the attendant said you have to ask for them, but she did not have anything available currently. I said you shouldn't advertise it on your website or in the room then, should you. She said "yeah" and left it at that. That's my main complaint. The TV's are very small and the free wifi doesn't stream content very well.

It was a dry place to stay near the mall

Guests allowed children to run in halls, room was not properly cleaned or stocked as advertised. Staff did not disclose amenities. food was stale. Dog crap in abundance outside. Food on floor outside of elevator for our entire stay.

location was ok. breakfast not much to it. chewy bars, oatmeal and a muffin. coffee and hot chocolate, no choice for tea.

sink, bathtub and kitchen sink needed to be cleaned. an iron for ironing clothes.

Location. Only good thing about the room was the somewhat clean shower.

Filthy room with unwiped furniture and unvacuumed floors. Garbage and peanuts on floor. Blood stain on floor. White stains on brown bedsheets. Stains on Curtains. Fridge is cheap, broken and has stains around it on the floor.
