Location..Front desk staff was friendly on check in and had excellent suggestions for pizza.

One room was extremely warm the other cold..no thermostat to adjust. Window in second floor (crank out) did notclose. It has major water damage and frame is expanded so hasnt been closed for quite some time. Both rooms smelled musty..moldy. continental breakfast was bear bones. No warm food. We are looking to move to Soldotna..would not recommend.

I liked the size of the room and breakfast!

Parking was limited and neighborhood on one side seemed a bit sketchy and I felt uncomfortable at night just my daughter and I walking from the car to her room.
