The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

I’m not familiar with the area, but it seemed to be in a generally more rundown area. The in room phone did not work. The blow dryer in the room did not work and the soap dish in the shower area was broken. There was generally a lot of built up yuck on the floors where the floors meet the walls. Convenient to John's Hopkins hospital

Dirty...dirty...dirty..floors ..fridge..microwave...used condom in room...using microwave tripped the electricity to it ..tv..and fridge...2 towels for 3 people...ac unit was dirty and didn't run well...breakfast that was complimentary was a counter and coffee pot but wasn't available...sad this was soo terrible..no dressers..no closet

Owners are fantastic, and the area is convenient.

Parking is a little tight.

I needed a room since the first one I booked on booking .com, uptown Suites, turned out to be a real hole in the wall and I felt threatened by the people hanging out and the clientele. Their attempt to clean up the rooms and the outside was also not acceptable. The manager said she would refund my money. That hasn’t happened yet. Therefore this location was safe for a single female traveler. My first time staying in st Pete. There was only coffee n juice for breakfast.

The imitation wood Floors were filthy. The mgr said they clean them once a month. There was only coffee n juice for breakfast. See photo of my night slippers that were black from the filthy floor.

obvious flood damage, especially MOLD I’m still coughing out of my lungs. The coffee maker, hair dryer, bathtub, lights, and, outlets didn’t work. The staff was rude. They had NO BREAKFAST. Charged $100 deposit for what?
