The dirty dirty carpet! Stale cigarettes smell in our non smoking room.

Location was fine, staff was nice.
I had booked a non smoking room but as soon as I opened the door I was engulfed with the smell of smoke. The door was hard to open and hard to get out of. I wasn’t able to charge my phone because none of the outlets worked and my charger fell out of the outlet.

Updated, fresh looking, complete kitchen
There was a smell; it seemed to be covering up a former odor; it wasn’t pleasant.
And there were spots on wall that had been messily repainted.

The lack of cups in the room. And people started leaf blowing at like 9 am. Other than that it was amazing.

Convenient location.Room was cozy.Nice to have a large refrigerator,stove,and microwave.The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The room could've been a little tidier.The room needed a few minor repairs,but was a good value and comfortable stay.

Bed was horrid. Light switches didn't work. Walls were so thin you could hear a pin drop 4 rooms away.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. I had not been there for quite awhile because it was not being kept up. I come up to Mentor monthly and like having a microwave and refrigerator. A stove is an extra bonus. Hopefully the management will keep up the good work.
There where no dishes/pots/pans/utensils but I also did not ask. I will be checking that out the next time I come up.

Had a very functional kitchenette, tons of space in the room, very convenient since I'm on a tricky diet.
So I do believe everything was cleaned, the carpet seemed to never quite dry, and the linoleum in front of the stove felt like it needed a grease cutter. But this was small in comparison to what the room had!

The location was easily off the highway and near restaurants
We had to park much further away from our room d/t driveway repairs. The bathroom toilet was super wobbly and room was overall outdated and dingy. There was no blow dryer or iron, but an ironing board. Only 2 working washing machines. Zero amenities. Lastly, they consider $80/night a steal and therefore do not offer membership points, but list on Choice hotels. I do not recommend.

the cleanliness was not good at all.. I cleaned the counters table and every other surface before we touched or moved anything in.

The second room they put me in the bed was broke and my babies fell off the floors was not swept
