It was disappointing that we had to stay at not even a 1 star hotel.They had no cart to take luggage to a 3story hotel coffee station was on to of a microwave.no ice.The hotel was extremely outdated and dirty .room were very dirty and bathroom toilet was extremely low and leaked .Tbe bed was like sleeping on sponge.We had two room and both was just like this ..Update and Clean Hotel needs to be closed and revamped ..

The most shocking service ever , the hotel was closed due to a power cut , nobody around to help apart from possibly a couple of local drug dealers looking for clients , nobody answered the phone for days and then to cap it all Hotels.com refused me refund , do not stay here ! Such a shady potentially fraudulent hotel , for all I know it never opens and the whole place is a scam !

Always very accommodating

I stayed at this property originally because I am 19 and a lot of places in Cleveland or around it require you to be 21 to book, however I ended up leaving half way through my stay there, the refund hasn’t came through for the days I didn’t spend but the staff was unhelpful at times outside of Mike who seemed to be the only one at the hotel that was actually helpful. Everyone else talked low or didn’t care. There were people vaping and/or smoking in their lobby at times and our key card stopped working on 8 different occasions during the span of 3 nights. While I understand some keycards can stop working when near phones, I would put the card in the drivers side door away from everything, and we would still get locked out at 12 o clock at night. The floors were extremely dirty, we wiped up some water off the floor and when picking up the towel it was filthy and black. We found hair in the sink as well as the tub and had 2 lightbulbs stop working while we were in the hotel room. However the most concerning thing for us at least was the side doors being open allowing anyone to just walk into the hotel without even needing to go past the lobby. The elevator also seemed somewhat dangerous and the safety certificate was not on display. All around do not recommend unless you’re struggling on money and just looking for anywhere to stay.

The rate was good and it was located close to several restaurants and parking was close to the room

Bad trip, forced by agent to make reservations at desk for whatever reason idk. Had to pay more than hotels.com reservation. Room was dirty, no amenities. When front desk was asked for more towels . We don’t have any was reply. Hotels.com charged me for booking and insisted my refund would be processed. I’ve yet to receive my money nor an apology for bad service from both hotels.com agent or the property. I’m almost certain I’ll be finding other option for my booking in the future. Very unhappy

The rooms smelled so clean when I walked in. I immediately felt comfortable being there.

7/10 would recommend. This property got the job done for my short stay. However, the lobby smelled of something, maybe cigarette smoke of some sort. Staff was okay not super friendly but informative. My room was clean however, checked under the covers and it was smooth. bathroom was clean, no hand soap in the bathroom, but minor inconvenience. otherwise it was quiet. Glad the door had a dead bolt on it. I stayed for one day, but would’ve stayed. longer for the price and convenience…

Overall, the stay was fine, but the frequent elevator issue was a drawback.

I did not like this property

It’s a sketchy motel/hotel being that it’s in a hub of good chain restaurants and shops. Once entering the room, the laminate floors were sticky (I’d keep flip flops on), the water pressure is bare minimum and you will be welcomed by a lukewarm/tepid shower after a long day of driving. The saving graces were the air conditioning, and free soap and shampoo and the restaurants surrounding the property

I very much enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, the hot tub in the room was great and the staff was all very friendly and nice.

Checked in, went to room and within 5-10 minutes of being there, a bed bug came running from under the pillow. I immediately went back to the front desk to check out.

Nobody really bothered us letting alone it being on the first floor.

We stopped here late and were very happy to have a clean room with a cold air conditioner.

Place was disgusting. Both shower and sink were clogged so I could not use those without flooding the bathroom or clogging up the sink for 8 hours while it slowly drained.

It is good place to stay and good customer service. I will recommend to stay here.

Seemed nice enough place to stay for a few days. Had to have my key reprogrammed twice. Which they did promptly.

Smelled like marijuana and a strong stench throughout building. Appeared more of a “long-stay” accommodation. Very uncomfortable with having my children with me.

The room had not been swept in a long time. Bed was comfortable though.

Friendly staff and clean room

This place is inhabitable and should not be offered to anyone to spend not even 1 second in the place it’s so nasty!! First room they gave me something leaking in floor from air conditioning unit or fridge about fell on floor its unsafe! 2nd room God Awful smelling from weed or crack!! Run just Run go elsewhere for your stay!! Staff are very disrespectful!!!

It was very cozy and quiet!

Very clean room, in a quiet area. Bed was pretty comfortable. Took a while for hot water to come out for the shower. I was on the third floor, so maybe that had something to do with it.

The front desk staff is absolutely fantastic Mike and Terri are very personable and wonderful with people

Fine for an overnight stop; seems like people live there but the only noise were doors opening and closing. We had troubles with the A/C and aspects of the hotel are dated, but it was fine for what we paid.
