We've been there 2 other times. So always loved the location. Quiet rooms. Internet worked well.

Place needs to be renovated. The 1st room they put us in smelled of cig smoke and the garbage bins were filled with garbage, so housekeeping forgot to do a few things and I didn't wait to see if they didn't clean other areas. They then upgraded us to a suite which was better. Dark room. Sofa hard as rock. Recently they now charge for cars to park there. They never did that before. Also no electric car plugs there.

Great location and rooms are exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were even offered refreshments upon checkin.

Slight inconvenience with the elevator not operating, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Bedding seemed old and pillows were super flat. We set the thermostat to 68 but room was still hot for my coworker and myself. Main door wasn’t very sealed showed hall light around it and noise came through, woke up to loud people in hallway at 2:00am.

The location was excellent! Just minutes away from downtown. We had a balcony and spent some time sitting in the sun. We plan on staying there again when visiting Bend.

Large room, location in town, access to laundry, comfortable bed.

Staff made me feel like I was doing them a favour by staying. Sink was in the bedroom not in bathroom. Shower poorly designed with sliding door at same end of the cubicle as the shower head so leaked badly. Very expensive for the quality of fixtures and fittings.

Paying for crappy breakfast food. The room cost was overpriced for the room. Small bathroom, poor furnishings, no table, stupid idea having only one sink outside the bathroom, small shower. Did I mention the price?

Great location. very large rooms. comfortable beds.

The hotel is basically a very large motel. The lobby and the room furnishings are very ordinary. The price, however, was extraordinary- over $400. The value is not there.
