Sheets need to be updated. The sheets and blankets looked beige from where they had been washed so many times. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the the linens were dirty that were provided for the sofa bed and had to be exchanged at the front desk. The front desk clerk told me to make sure everything was in the bag that was provided of bedding because if not, he was going to have to charge me. I had just checked in 30 minutes prior. Also when I went to exchange towels, one of the towels had makeup on it and the front desk clerk, who was another front desk clerk told me that if the towels were stained, they were going to have to charge me for the towels.. Also a room inspector had to inspect the room at check out in order to get my $100 cash deposit back.

Deben modernizarlo no hay conexión de usb, los televisores son muy viejo no hay conexión a Netflix por medio del teléfono, en otros hoteles si los hay siendo menos lujosos que ese, comparado en calidad precio, el aire acondicionado no se puede graduar a la temperatura que uno guste es muy incómodo puesto que había calor

The location and the car cleaning crew was very attentive. The front desk agents could use tips for better customer service with guest. Not friendly.

Granted the bed was very comfortable. However.. The rooms need deep cleaning. Fresh Painting, change everything that's rusted in there the light fixtures, the old smoke alarms, outlet covers are all rusted plus exposed wires under tha ac units also better TV channels. No streaming 😒 The rooms are very outdated to be Best Western plus. I expected better. I booked this just to get rest and refresh myself for my health. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

This motel was very reasonably priced and looked like it had been recently refurbished, everything was in good order and clean. The breakfast was nice, compared to many other places. I also liked the closet mirrors in the room, very clever. Bed comfortable and clean. The room quiet despite the freeway not too far away. Great little bar with food and drinks a short walk - next door in fact. Staff friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the sink area outside the bathroom. I couldn't fault anything else.
