Nothing at all
It was infested with roaches, smelled like roach spray, did not have a pool as advertised, no kitchen eccentials it was horriBle

The staff was very helpful, the 3rd shift lady was a great help, she helped reprogram my room keys. Also the guy on first shift was helpful and communicated well
Everything was ok, my room was infested with roaches even a few roaches in the refrigerator, also in the bed crawling up my arm. Also the internet wasn’t good I had an issue connecting my Xbox.

The front desk worker was very polite and understanding.
The room was filthy, hair, used hair ties, dirty microwave and dead roach, relocated rooms was a bit cleaner but still roach infested.

Smelled like weed from the time I got in the elevator till I entered my room, couple next door was arguing and baby was crying

They are filled with bugs non smoking rooms smell like smoke. What are they doing with their money definitely not re investing into their company. Everything is broken through out the buildings.
The bad smells the carelessness of the staff to make sure they have very clean rooms and accommodate guest accordingly.

On a main access road yet super quiet, so easy to get to but good sleep nonetheless. The room was big, comfy, and cozy. The bed felt great. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and there's free parking.

The hotel staff knocked on the door early every day to remind you to check out, and the knocking sound was very loud, which was very impolite.

I liked the friendliness of the staff on the property
it was very loud. many residents and their children yelling and running up and down the halls. it was very annoying.

The location. The size of the room
The bathroom was licking. Roaches every where. Some of the staff were not friendly at all. Especially the old lady at night.

As soon as I walked in my room smelled horrible. I had to use a plug in to bare sleeping in the room. On top of that I found a roach in the room.
