The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and efficient, breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious. The cost was reasonable, especially considering the size of the rooms and number of people who could stay in a room. Good for families.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Beds were good, but not great for comfort. Rooms were somewhat worn.

Bed/Pillows were not comfortable. The sink was in the same area as the beds. Wifi was slow

We like always the size and comfort of the room that’s why we always come back to Hyatt Place Garden City and we enjoyed the great breakfast and the personnel kindness, patience and smile

The location, friendly staff, roominess.

We have stayed here before and chose to return since our first stay was great. We had planned to make this our place of choice to stay when visiting our son and new grandson. This stay was very disappointing as the rugs were not vacuumed, both visible and could feel the dirt on my feet. The bathroom smelled like someone was smoking in there, burn mark on the rug in front of vanity. Shower gel was empty.

The hotel was very nice. Hot breakfast was very good.

Not enough of restaurant nearby. Needs more lights in the room. Needs more choices for the hot breakfast. Hotel needs own transportation for guests.

Very clean hotel, good location, breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly for the most part.

Hotel is pet friendly and had a barking dog on the floor. Thank God it wasn't up barking at night, was a few times during the day. Room was very nicely laid out and plenty of lighting in the room!!
