Pool

The receptionist was rude and had no idea what she was doing. When we walked in she totally ignored us while she was talking to another staff member. He kept telling her to help us but she kept ignoring us. We stood there for about 5 minutes while she had a conversation about bbq and days off activities with another staff. When she checked us in, she didn't greet us at all. I showed her that we paid for breakfast as well, and she said she doesn't know what that receipt was🤦‍♀️ it said "breakfast included" on the email. She then offered us 1 voucher for free breakfast. We were a family of 5! Our whole experience was ruined before we even got to the elevator to go to our room. The pool was nice. Our kids enjoyed it. Won't be returning and we do not recommend.

The hot tub was great. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast staff were exceptional Food at dinner was very good

Pool was freezing cold for an indoor pool. When reported to a staff member, there was no response. In fact, some of the front desk staff could use some training in friendliness and smiling more. Didn't make me feel welcomed at times.

The staff, the facilities... I have stayed at this location numerous times and have always been impressed. Which is why I keep coming back

There was a low volume beeping coming from the refrigerator the entire time. Very annoying!! My stay was in a mobility room and the toilet was practically on the floor. No bars to help get up or down and only one bar in the shower.

Lack of Streaming services (Hulu, netflix, HBO max etc.)

The location was clean and the front office staff was amazing. We left a stuffed toy there and they kindly rescued him and sent him home to us.

The restaurant was down to only a bartender and only offered fried foods... They also weren't very helpful when we tried to ask about future meals. We were all disappointed that our included breakfast that we paid extra for was just to go burritos.

As a brand new Utah resident who had to establish a lot of things quick, this hotel had everything around it. Price was right too.

They forgot to clean the room after the first night. Kinda lame.

We sid not have breakfast. I did like that breakfast was available until 11 AM though. The location is really great.

The hot tub is not working. The toilet paper is on a movable stand. The hot water in the shower did not stay hot very long.
