Nice place to stay

The breakfast could have had a better selection.

Great location in a safe new part of town. Easy access to little and big cottonwood canyon—35 minutes to snowbird when there’s no traffic. Nice hot breakfast with waffles, hot oatmeal, assorted cereals and juice, and hot chocolate station with all of the toppings minus whipped cream. Fancy ice water with fruit and herbs. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Easy checkin and ability to pick my room virtually . Nice small gym and work stations.

Pool was very very cold. No hot tub or sauna. Side trash can on outside of building was full of dog poop and clearly not serviced recently. No vegetarian breakfast sandwich options. Coffee was very weak and the hot water for hot chocolate was often lukewarm.

The housekeeping staff was very nice! The room layout was as expected- consistent with other home2suites.

The breakfast was so under stocked, and what was there was not very fresh. The second day- no fresh fruit, no yogurt, almost no milk, no muffins, no napkins, no forks… at 8A— so an hour left still! Upon asking for more yogurt or milk, there isn’t any left. ?? You should realize that before you serve breakfast! I felt bad for the people that came to eat after us. There was visible rust and mold in bathrooms (in rooms and in public places)…

The staff are very friendly.

The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet and your body was on the porcelain which is unpleasant. There were no floor towels for the shower, no hand soap, and there were some cleanly issues with the kitchen area which we never used, but definitely saw that others had. There was basically no food at breakfast. The duvet was bizarre and weird in how it was tucked, and you constantly accidentally reached inside and touched the raw duvet that everyone else sleeps with. It just wasn’t for me.

Housekeeping - consumables never replenished, multiple room cleans skipped. Heat setting being altered to cool when it's freezing outside.

That I had a place to sleep!

Everything was out of order the pool, washing machines, i'm pretty sure that people off the street were doing your laundry there they had one machine working, and then April and then there was no washing machines. Blinds rarely worked .

Really close to food and had on-site amenities. The facility was modern and clean. The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice and helpful.

The pool was closed with no notice. That was the entire reason we booked that hotel. If it is not working, it should be noted when booking.

Complete kitchen in room. Nice beds and pillows.

Pool was not open, needed repairs and was covered in scum. Made the hotel smell musty.
