Good It’s was good

The modern rooms and location were excellent.

We would stay here more if the room prices were a bit cheaper. When rooms reach the $200 amount, we have to look for cheaper lodging options.

Close vicinity to short pump mall, easily walkable to many restaurants, and shops. Good free breakfast each morning. Kitchenette in the room was a nice feature, spacious rooms.

The shower head was dirty, and pretty clogged up, water pressure was pretty poor. The shower itself was a nice size, but there’s nowhere in the shower except one small soap shelf to put your own toiletries. The door to the toilet/shower is a barn door style door which doesn’t leave much room for privacy while doing business with the bed 5 feet away. Kitchenette was nice, however dish soap was provided with nothing to wash the dishes with. 4 cup coffee maker was provided, but there were no coffee filters available for the coffee maker (you could only use their prepackaged coffee which was very nasty). The TV was large, with decent channels. However, where the TV is placed in the room you can’t see it from the bed or the couch. These seem like all pretty frivolous things, but when it’s about $450 for 2 nights all these things make a difference.

The hotel is part of the Short Pump Town Center so it’s extremely convenient! Can walk to nice restaurants and popular shops easily. The rooms were also great, had mini kitchens, bathroom suites, plenty of room, and a comfy bed!

The breakfast was good. The location was perfect.

I wasn’t sure if I liked the sausage link I didn’t try those but when the bacon came out later, I truly enjoyed the bacon.

The front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly! They were both named Chris though I'm not sure of the specific spelling of their names. Not many places are you greeted with such pleasant smiles and we truly appreciated it.

Our hvac system made a lot of noise while running which right near our bed. The hot water in the shower took quite a while to heat up and the ice maker in our refrigerator didn't work.

Smooth check in and checkout using the Hyatt app. It’s a quick walk to all the shopping and restaurants at Short Pump Town Center. The room was a nice size and it’s always nice to have a larger fridge and real appliances if needed. Would definitely stay here again. Also the price was much more reasonable than other hotels in the area. There was a decent hot breakfast available as well and there was always coffee and water in the lobby.
