Place smelled really bad. Cleanliness was subpar Not even soap in the restrooms

It is close to Long Beach Airport for our flight out. Guess services was very helpful in getting us in before 10am so we didn’t have to wait until 3pm

when we got out of the elevator, there was a lady passed out drunk, someone smeared feces on wall, there was feces down the hall from our room. We also found a few live roaches crawling around. After 3-4 hours, I went down wot get our Uber eats and again feces in the hallway. we should get some sort of compensation this was not worth $200 a night.

Overly aggressive staff not polite or inviting felt like I was under some kind of judgement couldn't understand why nothing like Veronica who went out her way to accommodate me.

The area friendly staff Veronica was awesome 10s across the board for her customer service

the staff was unprofessional there was no top blanket on both beds only sheets when I asked for top blankets I was told there where no more until next day , I could have maybe turned the heat on but that also was out of commission only fan no AC or heater working in room bathtub was also clogged it was my birthday weekend I was very disappointed and embarrassed I was with a friend

location is great. close to major freeways and amenities.

this property is dated. the place smells of mildew and marijuana. the refrigerators are old and loud. the decor looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1982.

Staff is amazing, location is perfect, and parking was great ....

Rooms dirty, roaches in bed , very bad smell. And nasty hallways .
