no kitchen plates, bowls, cups etc... had to pick up at front desk. no message about it in room. nothing in kitchen to use. Bathroom sink did not drain, kitchen sink faucet dripped, shower sprayed water everywhere, carpet very dirty, lamp did not stand upright. Hide a bed couch box springs squeaked very loud when you roll over in bed. workout facility only had 3 cardio pieces, no weights.

It would have been perfect but there was no mattress pad on the bed. That was awful.

Location was perfect, Grace, at the front desk was absolutely awesome and helpful and saved our stay, as we were ready to leave after 2 hours in the worst bed ever. The location was perfect, it felt clean and safe, and was in walking distance to coffee, tons of amazing shopping, a manicure and some delicious Indian food and a sandwich shop. They had a clean laundry room (though we didn’t use them) and adequate vending machines.

The beds are the oldest and cheapest they could buy, probably 30 years ago! The pillows are gross and the rough blanket in between the two sheets is like the kind I imagine are used in prisons. The old cheap desk chairs used as kitchen chairs were broken and very dangerous. This all helped me realize I’m now old enough to only stay in luxury hotels. Our backs are aching and we’re exhausted after 4 nights of sleeping on hay bales. Very noisy mini split ac units, and no insulation from adjoining rooms.

neighbors can be loud. the stairwell could use some beautification.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had everything we needed. We will be staying here again.

One of the dryers on the second heating element was broken so it didn’t dry my clothes and I was out $2.50 and when I tried to warn another guest she said she knew but said someone must have moved the out of order magnet, but I used another dryer and it dried my clothes very quickly. Other than that the laundry room was efficient and clean.

Clean and comfortable

Breakfast is basically coffee and a muffin to grab and go. I didn't expect much, but even with that it didn't meet the expectations.

the room was a huge suite. a separate bedroom/bathroom and a living room with a comfy couch and a kitchen with a fridge and stovetop.

The advertised “breakfast included” was coffee and packaged pastries. Not great. But there are grocery stores nearby where we supplied with yogurt, etc…

Location was good

The room was not very clean, toilet was dirty, hair in the restroom . The bed sheets were stained from possible mildew or serious dirt .. The couch was outdated with old pull out bed which was dirty with crumbs and dirt.

It was a fairly comfortable with a lot of good locations nearby

Its kinda of a dangerous exposed wires hanging out and renovations making a mess of the hallways in front of our room.

first room smelled horribly of cigarettes. non smoking room had been requested. also 2 beds were reserved and the initial room only had one. the hotel was having some kind of work done and there was some kind of insulation all over the hallways on the upper floors. staff person was very apologetic and switched the room right away to one that did not smell and had 2 beds.
