The location was good with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking was adequate. Although we did not try them there was a restaurant and bar onsite which is always a plus. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The lobby was large and comfortable.

Food from the previous guest was still in the mini fridge . Long black hairs clinging to the shower walls. When checking in the front desk clerk was short with me when I quizzed him about charges on my bill and requested clarification . Not pleasant at all, he did not explain pool hours or give us directions to the elevator. When we checked out a different desk person didn't bother to ask how our stay was it invite us to return also neither one of them explained the rewards program. The beds had depressions in them that happen in older memory foam. Overall not a great experience. We have come to expect better from Holiday Inn.

Offered free parking since I was member, clean room with plenty of towels, good breakfast, this hotel will continue to be my go to when staying in hillsboro its in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful

The only thing I would work on is finding the right strength on the hot tub jets last time I stayed here they were way too strong but now they're so low I could barely tell they were on but everything else was amazing

We liked that it was quiet and clean. We liked the pool.

The room had a strong smell of either cleaning agents or cologne. It was very strong the first day. Also, the barn style bathroom doors do not provide privacy.

We reserved a room with a king bed, but were told upon checkin only Queen rooms were available and we were getting the "last room" , which I don't believe, but that was the excuse for not even having a tv in the room!? No discounts or compensations for either of these things. Will not be returning.

$10 additional per night parking fee, and if booked by third party the complimentary breakfast doesn't show up on the hotels computer,,, so watch for extra $16 per person per breakfast charge! Also charge for stay was put on card I reserved with, even after telling them twice and giving them the card at check out that I wanted it put on. So beware the card you book with WILL be the one charged for entire stay.

Paying to park in a nearly empty parking lot.

This is my go to hotel when coming to the area, the pros are the hot tub, the nice massaging shower heads, the restaurant on site, the location is amazing, and all the staff are always kind

The only problems that I had on this trip was that I really wanted to go to the bar on-site but it was closed and I wish they had some firmer pillows

Location was perfect. Tons of restaurant choices in the area. Everything is nice and new.

There was a half eaten cookie under the bedskirt! Yuck. We didn't like that they charge extra for parking and breakfast is not included. The restaurant looked nice but for almost 200 a night I wasn't trying to pay 50 for my family to have breakfast.

Awesome bed.

Cold shower. Shower on the first morning wasn’t working. Over booked. Hot tub out of service.
