Newer construction and furnishings
Dirty room. Table still had finger marks on it and the shower had been sprayed with cleaner but not wiped away completely. Random food marks on the walls.

I liked the location. Quiet area close to shopping and restaurants. The lobby was nice and modern with some elegance. The rooms looked updated and modern as well.
The only complaint is our room seemed a little dirty. The counter in the wet bar area was dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been wiped down well. There was also some spills on the wall next to the couch that was never cleaned up/wiped off the walls. The couch cushions weren’t placed on properly. And the shower floor seemed a little mildewy.

I liked that it was a quiet location and you felt safe coming and going. The complimentary drinks and breakfast and snacks were great. All staff we had interactions with were very friendly and helpful.

My tween kid was sick and the young woman from up front brought a thermometer, Tylenol and cold water to help. She made me feel like I was at home.
The lobby had a relaxing waterfall and some cozy seats.
The room was spacious and had two tvs.
The breakfast was amazing!! There was a huge variety and cooked just right.
There was no blanket and sheets for the pullout bed. Went to the desk with PJs with my kid who wasn't feeling well.
It wasn't clear that there would be a $10 parking fee.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here, but first time since Covid - much improved experience without mandatory masks! The breakfast was good and friendly staff. HUGE bathroom!
The evening cocktail hour could have better snack options. The refrigerator wasn't very cold, but that was the only issue with the room - it was great!

I like the cleanliness, and the place.
I didn't like when I ordered an omelet for breakfast they cooked the omelet to other guests that they ordered after me kitchen stuff they are not organized, i waited 25 minutes for my omelet.

The breakfast was the typical Embassy suites selection overload. The location was wonderful for our baseball tournament.
The fold out coach bed was horrendous. It was not made. The mattress was about 3 inches thick. You could feel the frame bars and springs. My kids are 9 and 11. They can sleep any where, and this was so bad they slept on the couch cushions.
Also was not okay about the 10 dollar parking fee. They should just work that into the price.
My mini fridge was barley working. Ended up using the ice machine and my own cooler.

It was our normal place we like to stay on date nights.
All the extra charges for everything. Had to pay for parking and they started charging 20% gratuity for room service.
