Overpriced for unchanged smelly bedsheets that caused us skin infections

Very good view of the coast line.
Parking lot was constantly flooded by sea water and sand from the over wash from the sea.
Had to park across the street and walk.

Right on the ocean in a beautiful area. Will definitely be staying again next time we come to OBX.

The location was outstanding , and the bed was so comfortable, very clean! The staff was very helpful and nice and available. We would stay here again absolutely.
The room is a little outdated, and the toilet is way too small and low for an adult staff said thier are plans update. We loved the location and our room other than that.

Pool and hot tub was ok but needed repairs.
Very outdated, we informed him of a kid accident and they said it was OK, then they claimed it was way worse.
They did not accommodate a disabled who wet the bed. The driveway floods with two foot of water. The bath toilet b had soft spots were the floor was giving in. We do not recommend this place until they become ADA compliant.

The view is amazing. We were right on the beach. We had plenty of room and amenities inside. The manager is a great person!

You have to be fit to carry your bags up 3 flights of stairs . The bathroom was dated. Very low toilet

We stayed right across the street from the water. My group was made up of older women. The Gentleman was nice enough to unload our luggage when we arrived then help to re-load our luggage when our stay was complete.

The hotel's location, right on the beach was awesome. The room itself was very nice.
The room was never "serviced" during our 4 night stay, and one of the bedside lamps was burned out. While to look at the room was clean there was fine sand everywhere, even in the bedding! A TV guide would have been nice too.
