The front desk staff

The pillows had someone else hair on it. Our room was next to an exit door and all night the door kept banging and shaking our room. Half of the time it sounded like someone was trying to get into my room. We weren’t given a choice on the room and clearly there were dogs in that room prior to our stay because we found dog hair everywhere. My son is allergic to dogs so the whole night he was having difficulty sleeping and he had a hard time breathing.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than some of the other places that include breakfast.

The doors only blocked light, the property smelled bad, the rooms were low quality, the beds were uncomfortable, and all of that for nearly $300/night. Rip off.

Everything!!! This hotel was spectacular in every way! Great customer service, great room, great value, clean and wonderful breakfast! Loved everything about it!! Will book again!!

Clean and friendly without ostentation

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and a great swimming pool. The room was large, they clearly made an effort to step up the levels of the rooms. Breakfast is great, includes sweet options; there are nice facilities (like the gym) and they organize a social hour which is nice. The dog is welcome and we felt we got a nice room even if we have a dog (often this is not the case!).

The hotel gets pricey because of the extras (parking and dog fee). We saw a dead cockroach in the room - this does not belittle the level of the hotel but is a shame given the overall great level of the facilities.

Good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold choices. Coffee and tea available. Gym has Peloton bike.

Large construction project behind hotel so could be noisy during the day

The staff was excellent. My room was very nice. All my favorite restaurants are in walking distance. Mall is right across the street. All my favorite stores are across the street. This is the only hotel I will be staying at when I visit Chico

I loved everything

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check in but they had one room available. We went to the room and it was still dirty so we told the front desk we would come back a little later and when we did our new room was all ready and they even left us some goodies which was really sweet. They had a happy hour which was cool and we enjoyed our free beverage outside by the pool. The beds were super cozy and so were the pillows. Overall the stay was great and we will be staying here on all our future trips to Chico.

it’s location was in a very busy area but it was quiet.👌also my potentials were able to come to my room easily which helped immensely!
