Overall friendly staff, exquistie ambiance, clean room, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, high end shampoo & conditioner, body gel and lotion!! OMG Amouage products!! So top of the line! Made for Kings!!, loved the coffe maker bar in the in the room w complimentary coffee and water, Soft and comfortable rugs, Gorgeous decorations-so classy and over the top!

They should have a shuttle to and from the Bryce Arena for any concerts/events- just saying.. lol

Happy the facility is back but they have some issues to be worked out two months after reopening.

Had problem with bathroom. The new bar’s food menu is limited. No shuttle to take you to sporting events. Valet parking at $25 a night is expensive, especially for handicap access. If you don’t use it, you have to park in a garage a block away.

The hotel is very warm and inviting, from the entrance to the rooms and dining. Definitely a five star hotel for this location.

The inability to self park directly at the location. Parking was available at a parking deck. Prepaid parking in the deck was an option at the hotel, as well as valet parking.

I loved the bathroom, layout, and the cleanliness.

The tv wouldn’t let me connect my phone to Bluetooth play music, but it’s okay.

I felt the restoration while maintaining the history was well achieved!

There was a carpet nail sticking up when walking from floor to tile in room 203. I did report it at checkout, so hopefully it was immediately fixed so no one gets hurt.

Historic and classy

Loved everything about it! So clean, everything was brand new, staff was amazing, valet parking & attendants were so nice & very quick, bar was great & very attentive, price was amazing at least for the weekend we were there, loved the atmosphere, the old style but brand new, can’t say enough about it! Will definitely be staying here every time we come if there’s availability & if price is right!
